Breakfast - Baked French Toast - from Marjorie
Sally Jesse Raphael's Baked French Toast  
Ingredients
- 1 loaf white bread, cubed 
 
- 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, cubed 
 
- 8-12 eggs depending on size 
 
- 1/2 cup maple syrup 
 
- 1 cup milk
 
directions
- Line bottom of 11X13 inch pan      with half the bread cubes.
 
- Layer cream cheese cubes on top      of bread.
 
- Put remaining bread cubes on top.
 
- Beat together eggs, maple syrup      and milk in a large bowl.
 
- Pour over bread.
 
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
 
- Next morning: Bake at 350 degrees      about 45 minutes until light golden brown.
